Yes — activity is measured by daily active addresses (DAU): unique wallets that transacted on a given day. The charts on this page show the live trend. On a young network the numbers are modest and we report them honestly rather than inflating them.

Mining-pool payout floods are filtered out by default, so the lines track wallets genuinely transacting, not payout bots.
