QRL Top Tokens

The QRL Top Tokens leaderboard lists every native token issued on the QRL Proof-of-Work chain via a `token_create` transaction — QRL has no smart contracts, so a token here is a chain-level primitive, not a deployed contract. Each row shows the token's identity, issuing owner, total supply and creation date. No holders or transfer-count columns yet — see the reading card below for why.
